Whether used alone or with another product, the mask has improved my restorative and meditative practices immensely. In all honesty, I wasnÕt expecting to like it as much as I doÑitÕs just a mask, right? I low key wish I had been wearing this kind of mask for more of my life. It feels luxurious and soft, and is easy to adjust until you find your perfect snug fit.
