Dosage
This is the smallest dose format that we make, and for most, will not produce perceptible effects, even when taking multiple doses.
I love the versatility of these and the ability to scale slowly as you go and feel through it. As a beginner, this allows me to find my perfect spot of dosage!
Nice mellow feeling after taking these gummies
This is wonderful medicine. I have been taking 1 mg 3 times per week while ramping down my anti-depressant. I feel happy and content and have a good outlook on life like I did when I was a teenager which the anti-depressant never achieved. Having it measured out in gummies is super convenient and consistent. It’s hard to explain to somebody how well this works but it’s like if finds the off switch for the negative side of your subconscious.
The Acclimate (Find My Dose) starter pack was the perfect way for me to get comfortable with microdosing and experience it’s positive effects. It eliminated the anxiety of weighing dried mushrooms, guessing at the appropriate dose and hoping for the best. I’m already feeling more energetic on dosing days and my mood is definitely better. I still need to “find my dose” but I’m no longer anxious about that process as this allows you to step into the water, ankle deep, and slowly acclimate to the pool.
